Kena double tagged for this few days ago but din do it cos a bit tied up for last few days. Anyway, a big thank to montessorimum and lovelymummy! Better do this b4 i go for a short blog break! Thus, 2nd post for today! ^.^

1. Mommy of 2 angels : She is one of my close friend and bcos of her strong encouragement i enter to this blogsphere!! I like to read her blog for her angels updates. Her Ellisa is same yr with my meimei and we are the 2 pregnant ladies who always hang around in my ex-office! Well, we r not the only 2 pregnant in that office, there r about another 3-4 pregnant ladies oso during tat time. See, my ex-office 'feng sui' very good wan! very productive horr!! ^.^

2. Montessorimum - Put this in my fav list not bcos montesorimum tagging me for this. I really enjoy reading her blog and i learn a lot of teaching methods which can apply at home with our kids. Yes, i've applied some to my princesses and they just love it. Thanks for sharing Montesorimum. Keep up the good work yea!

3. Sasha - A very young and hot mummy. I love her blablablah, very humour and funny! and her post really can bright up my day! Oh, another point which must not left behind. Reading Sasha blog, sure can pick up some funny funny word and one of my fav. is "sakit -tali" (secretary)

4. Twinsmum - This is one of my fav chinese blogs, her chinese writing is really good. Oso very humour in her way of writing, well... eventhough i never comment in her blog but i hardly miss her posts. Yea, like some bloggers call this as "invisible visitor"! Am might be invisible for this blog, but definately am one of the loyal reader. Hehehe!

Autism

Heard this sad news from my mum over our teleconversation yesterday. My cousin sister 'PY' youngest son has been diagnosed as a autistic kid! Mum asked me if i could help to find some info or resources locally as PY is currently bringing her son to Singapore for theraphy every week. Yes, the theraphy in Singapore is very costly and time consuming of coz. Just imagine everyweek have to travel from Ipoh to Singapore to and fro.

Frankly speaking when i heard about Autism i never thought that this illness can be sooo serious. The more i surfed and read, the more i worried....and now i have a better understanding for this illness as well.

Web definition for Autism is brain disorder that begins in early childhood and persists throughout adulthood; affects three crucial areas of development: communication, social interaction, and creative or imaginative play. However, people with autism may have a wide range of intellectual ability, some can show extraordinary abilities in mathematical or mechanical skills, or in music, rote memory etc. Here are some URLs Autism NASM PR4A HMAutism in case anyone of you would like to know more. Personally i've called one of the Early intervention programme centre in PJ and asked for more details about Autism. Well, sad to know that there is no cure until this moment and its a life-long condition which will affects every aspect of a Autistic. Special threatment and theraphy are essential for the Autistic kids in order to help them to be independent cope with life and achieve their full potential throughout their jorney to adulthood. And for sure they require much of the parent attention and patience.

Well, actually i din really worried about the money need to be spent for the theraphy and threatment as my cousin sister financial background is quite strong. She is a successful businesswoman in beauty line and her hubby oso from 'not poor' family. Am more worried about the time & patience that PY really have to sacrify. In fact, a lot of relative and myself found her son kinda special from other kids since he is about 1yr++. Looking at he isolated himself each time our family gathering. He even din talk, play or interact with his elder brother who is only 1yr++ older than him (Didi is turning 3yrs old this March). My few uncles and aunties even prompt a question to PY shd bring her son to have thourough checkout as none of us had hear he talk to anyone b4. He even very reluctant to his parents and only stick to his kakak. This lead to his parents hardly to communicate with him and they oso hardly to bring him out and this left him always at home alone with his kakak. He can live without his parents for sure but not without his kakak. PY knows this too and tats the reason she treat the maid very well, very well until the maid kinda proud of herself and din really take her instruction seriously.

There was one time my aunty reached PY home looking at her maid 'cubitting' the son while feeding him, so my aunty told the maid not to do that, if he really dun wanna eat, dun force him lar. The next thing the maid did was bring the child into a room and locked themselve inside. She ignored my aunty no matter how many time she asked her to open the door. She and they boy only came out after the boy finished the meal. Another example, the maid will usually lock the boy alone inside a room while she is doing the housechore (only the boy and his kakak at home)! regardless if the kid shout, cry, pee or poo inside the room!!!! She will only goes to him when she finishes her housechore. Yea sounds ridiculous, but its really happened and my cousin sis din dare to scold the maid as well. Cos she and his son depend very much the maid Personally i feel sad each time i look at his younger son. I remember clearly i asked his Kor Kor b4 why never saw him play with his didi, and Korkor told me 'how to play w him, didi din bother me, i wanna tok & play w him, but he always dun wan! Am not say that its too late for PY to discover this, but definately can be indentified earlier as we relative only see her son once a while oso feel something is not right! What i can say?? Yea, she is very busy with her busineess and she has a big plan to expand her business as well. Heard my aunty, her mum always complains to my mum tat PY has no time for the kids as she put all her time and effort into her business.

I wrote this out not for gossiping! but truly heartbreak to see all this happened. I really wish my cousin sister and her hub can look into this seriously this time and pay more attn and time on their son. Its no longer a matter of whose fault or wrong but to find some ways on what we can do to help the boy! Anyway, i will meeting her up this CNY and pass her the info. that i gathered. If everyone out there has any useful info or resources for kids with autism, appreciate you can drop by and share with us.

Changessssssssssssss.........

Finally...Eventually... we have been discolsed for the new BU structure! A lot of changes, and am the one who getting most changes amongst the all. First, job role will be changed, 2nd, reporting manager will be change and 3rd, working location oso wld be changed. Haaiiiiiiiiiiiii..............

The first 2 changes are fine to me, but the 3rd one.....now am thinking of it, i oso headached! Y i say that?? Well, am staying in Mahkota Cheras (near to Sg. Long) and my new working location is Bandar Utama. Some of u might not aware wats the prob for this? well, let me elaborate more, from my home to BU i need to passed by few blacklisted jam spots. From after Kajang 11 Toll, near to Phoenix Plaza, connaught highway after toll heading to Mid Valley way and sometimes TTDI area as well. The distance wise in fact just about 30++ KMs, but the jam is killing. Its easily take 1-2 hrs to reach my office. Samething happend for the way back. And the tolls are killing me too....can u imagine i have to pass 5 tolls one way to office and another 4 tolls back fr office. Total of 9 tolls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Am sure all of u will mumbling down of ur heart like wat am doing now, after paying soooo many tolls, still have to stuck in jam like crazy!!!!!! @#$%^&* @#$%^&*

But for my career prospect, this might be a good change as am moving forward for a greater responsibility and more challenging role.

Thinking of 2-3 hrs need to spend on the road for to and flo daily next time. My legs are shaking now!!! How i wish the roads are clear with no jam everyday (wild wish i think!), if not, pls pray for me!!!!!! **sigh**

'Bossees' are coming today!!!!!!

Everyone in office a bit stress today as our bossees are coming today, waiting them to annouce the changes of our BU structure. Mummy last nite din have a good sleep cos wake up by 2am++ meimei dunno dreaming or wat, keep fussing and making noise...After manage to settle her to sleep, mummy pula can not sleep, turn here and there until 4am++!!!

This morning woke up, 'sei loh' who is this? when looking myself at the mirror. Better put some make up as the bossees are coming today! But still, very sleeply now lor...I wonder how am i going to tahan until the team dinner later! Better practice this in front of mirror first "Haaaiiii Boss!", "YESSS Boss!", "Orite Bosssssssssssssssss"~~~~ :P

Sick.....Arrrrgghhh chiew!!!

This time its my turn liao to get sick!!! after my meimei and jiejie. But dunno y, seems like am the worst case amongst all!!! Meimei and jiejie recovered themself without any medication. Thank God! But mummy pula need to see doctor, cos not only running nose, got headache, sorethroat and ears pain sumore! Well doc said its virus/bacteria infection, and he's a bit worry cos my ears oso kena bit infection. Under medication now and mc today!!!! Y ahh, how come mummy body immune system worse than princesses leh?! old liao ahh?!! 'mm hei kuah' so fast not functioning well meh?!! 'Chhhhooooooiiii, pui pui puiiiiiiiiii'!! Think its really time for me to rest after sooo many stress around these few days!

Stresssss.....

Suppose to have a meeting with my new boss yesterday, din make it eventually as the boss was stuck in the others meeting for the whole day! Should i relief then? NOOOO....cos my boss asked me to meet him up again tomorrow morning! k, let's see.....

These 2 days mummy hv been quite stress with too many bad news/rumours around the office, and the worst is my meimei is having light flu! Haven't start any medication on her, hoping she can recover by herself without medicine. Jiejie pula not sure its due to lack of attn or wat, found she quite 'lou gei' these 2 days too! Last nite, she even woke up and cried for sooo many times, until daddy cannot stand her longer and shouted at her! and it was about 4am++!! Luckily, meimei din wake up! Jiejie keep asking me to pat her for the whole nite, once i stopped she wld cried! Cry Cry Cry.....this time, mummy pula can not tahan, take jiejie out of the room, asking her to cry outside, only came back to me once she stop crying. Surprisingly, she get what i meant! opened the doors very carefully, looking at me have no response to her (yea, mummy pretend sleeping mar), she slowly lied down beside me while holding back her cries and tears. Sob sob very softly, very 'hor lin' (pity) like that lor! **sigh**

Btw, is there any mummy out there got good remedy for light flu besides flu syrup for toddler?? Pls advise yea, 'kam siah, kam siah' in advance!!!

Insecurity!

Mummy is working in HQ today, met the new boss this morning. He said wanna catch up with mummy afterwards. Well, heard a lot of rumours recently! and all r the bad news!

Please boss, please dun give me a 'BIGG evenlope' later yea! I still got a lot of commitment, car loan, maid, 2 princess education fees and etc., oh one more CNY is coming boss!...Huhh, sweating now! better cross my fingers tips for good news in our discussion later. Ohh God, pls bless me!!!!!!

Separation Anxiety??!!

This morning when mummy wanna leave home to office, Jiejie dun allow mummy to go, stick to mummy and keep asking mummy to join her in daddy's car. (Daddy is sending the princesses to their Ah Mah house every morning) Jiejie even climb into mummy's car and sit tight at the backseat telling us she wants to be with mummy! Of couse mummy had a very hard time to explain to her tat mummy is late, Jiejie good girl to come down pls...Oh nooo, Jiejie refused and she cried and cried, keep saying she oso wanna go office to work with mummy!! Daddy can not stand anymore, asked kakak to take her down and quickly close the car door....Mummy half heart break liao...

Daddy bring Jiejie inside the house trying very hard to pacify her.....Too bad, Jiejie haven't stop and settled down, mummy heard another cries.....WAAAOOOHHH, mameee....wuuuu...mammeee, bao bao mummy...wuuuuu......Yes, thats my lil baby meimei.!! Wat would i say, yea, this time mummy another half heart breaking into pieces too! and mummy can not do much thing as mummy was late! What to do my babies??!! mummy got to 'wen sek' mah!! Be good girl, mummy give u both a call later, k?? Mummy love u all yea, and always dooooooo!! (Arrrggghhhh....wats wrong with my princesses this morning, soooo drama, separation anxiety again??!!)

Btw, today mummy got no mood to work, not sure its bcos of friday, or mummy got no more heart cos the whole heart has broken into pieces mah......think mummy need some times to collect & paste back the pieces of heart!! ^.^

Just called my princesses, feel so warm and sweet each time listen to their lovely voices over the phone! Its my habit now to call them daily unless i forget to call sometimes lar...

mummy : Hi dear, wat are you doing?
Jiejie : Looking at the 'golden dragon fish' lor...
mummy : the 'gdf' so nice to see meh?
Jiejie : vely nice mummy, the 'gdf' swim here swim there. Mummy, got small fishes oso swim here swim there, summore got 'ga noi'!
mummy : well said Jiejie! (not bad jiejie, 'ga noi' oso know!^^)

mummy : halo meimei, call mummy.
Meimei : mameeeee...
mummy in madarin : Meimei yo good girl ma? (Meimei got good girl or not?)
Meimei : wait for few second then answer 'YO'!
mummy in madarin : Meimei yo gen jiejie wan ma, hao wan ma? (Meimei got play with jiejie? fun to play?)
Meimei : wait for a while and answer 'Haoo wann..'
mummy in madarin : Yo mei yo huai dan? sui huai dan? (got naughty or not? who naughty)
Mmeimei : without a second and immediately answer 'JIEJIE'!!!

A 'kai kai-ful' weekend

Kai kai kai kai....is the first word in my mind related to last wkend. On Saturday morning, daddy brought the princesses for breakfast while mummy was heading to yoga class. About 1hr++ later, when mummy reached home, immediately went out kai kai to Mid Valley. Reach there about 11am++, Ah yee was there waiting for us oredi. The 2 princess were sooo happy and excited to see their Ah Yee, both of them asking Ah yee to carry them and hold them. Ah yee was sooo busy to take turn entertain them. If anyone of you coincidencely in MPH last saturday, heard girls shouting for Ah yee....hehehe, pai seh, its my princess. :P

Later, we had our lunch in Esquire Kitchen. EK is always our first choice nowadays, healthier than having fast food mar. Last time, we hardly step into EK as we categorised EK as 'old folks' restaurant, cos the food there vely 'ching' mar... Never thought that we are their regular customers now. Frankly speaking, mummy not tat fancy for the food there....only think the food there shd healthier than others, tats' all!

We continue our exploration to the Pets World, for my princess, there ise a lil zoo for them liao...Pity the princess! Wait ahh, wait one day when not so hot and not a rainy day plus daddy mummy have the mood, sure will bring the princesses go to our national zoo ahh... Aiyah, thinking of the weird smell there, yiiaakkk! Can someone tell me, how is our national zoo nowadays, well maintained? remember the last time i went there (dunno how many yrs liao) vely bad maintainence wor...the animals all vely skinny and everwhere oso vely busuk wor....

Before going home, we shopped one round in carefour to buy some vege and groceries. My Jiejie vely smart, the whole day bugging Ah yee to buy her 'aiss kllim', finally, Ah yee bought a strawberry sundae and my 2 princesses were patiently sitting in the trolley waiting for Ah yee to feed them. Well, Ah yee dun dare to follow us home finally as she has been 'tortured' by my 2 princess badly and she scare liao.... Ah yee, the princesses just miss you vely muchie lar, they nvr see you quite sometimes mar.....Ah yee used to go our house every wkend, the princesses have a very close bond with Ah yee!

We reached home about 4pm++ , no need to say my princesses vely tired la, meimei even slept on the way to our car in the car park. Tok about meimei, pity her lor, soooo tired even poo poo in the pampers oso no made noise and fall asleep.

By 6pm++, we went out for dinner and heading to 'Yee Poh' house afterwards, and finally reached home 9pm++ and as expected, the 2 princess slept well like lil pigs tat nite. Mummy initially thought wanna do some own stuff after the 2 princesses slept, who knows....mummy oso slept liao...halfway coaxing the princess sleep! and mummy wonder who slept first tat nite, the 2 princesses or mummy??!! and mummy only know, when the time daddy stepped into the room, he only saw 2 lil pigs and 1 big pig Zzzzzzzzzzz hehehe! ^.^

p/s : daddy was away for the whole day for his teambuilding in sunway lagoon. ^.^

Ribbon, ribbon where are you? do u know tat am looking for u anxiously? do u know how important are you to me, especially today i got a lunch date with daddy? summore this morning daddy said u look nice matching with mummy whole new set of blouse and dress! can you be good girl to come back to me? oh, ribbon ribbon, i need u sooo much, pls come back to me, i believe u know the way back rite??!!!!!



Arrrrggghhh....how come so 'au dah' wan??!! first day wear the new shoes, the ribbon has dropped!!! i've been looking everywhere in the office even my lovely colleagues had joined in the searching team, but still the shadow of the ribbon oso can not c!!!! haaaiiiiii.....looks like we are not fated be together. I will miss you, going to miss you, ribbon......**sob, sob**

Aiyoh, me vely bad luck today, whole day trying to get the free tickets, either can not get a right date or can not access the site! Mummy looking for the Macau or Chiang Mai trip! No hope liao!!Arrrgggghhh....finally mummy raise both hands, give up!!!

Ok, decided!! Let's go for 'cuti cuti Malaysia'!! Family trip to Cameron Highland or Penang sounds not bad oso wor. See, we are very supportive Malaysian....help to boost our tourism industry! Malaysia boleh! kekeke!!

Never tot Jiejie go to nursery only for soooooooo short period. ONE week only!!!!! Yea, mummy had stopped her to continue her nursery. Well, it was a long story....but mainly i would say the nursery environment is not suitable for the kids whose 2-3 yrs old. Or i would rather say its more like kindy not nursery at all.

First - It was not like other nursery where got 1-2 assistant helping the teacher in the class. I mean the assistant usually will help the teacher to attend the crying kids or helping the kids when necessary while the teacher is busy conducting the class, rite? So for this nursery, the teacher one hand need to pacify the crying kids while another hand need to conducting the class....

Second - the form teacher is inexperience at all.....when my jiejie crying, the teacher seems like a bit panic dunno wat to do to my jiejie and she stopped the whole lessons while pacifiying my jiejie...and the others kids all would focus on my jiejie too and do nothing. Another example : during the sensorial class, she take out some bottles (diff sizes) put on the table and just asked the kids to open the bottles. The kids open & close 2-3 bottles, then boring oredi..... But teacher still doing nothing asking the kids continuous open and close...aiyoh, all the kids oso sian and reluctant to do liao .... Later, the principal came seeing my jiejie dun let me off. Immediately she take out a bear, use the bear to tok to my jiejie ...and having some competition for the kids like who open the bottles fastest will get a sweet and etc...the whole class became lively immedately!!

Third - the environment might bit difficult for my jiejie, she got no friends at all! Total 4 kids in her class, the others 3 are all korkor....very strange, i observed boys will auto mix with the other boys and girls go to others girls too...Y ler, how come small small they oredi know choose to play with same sex!! Poor jiejie got no friends in the class...but diff story in their playing time where all kids fr all diff classes come out and play togehter in the playground! Few bigger jiejies were so nice to approach my princess to hold her hand, ask her to play w them!!! soooo sweet!! and tat was the happiest moment my jiejie in that kindy!! after go back to class....cried again & again....

Fourth - the method this kindy adapt is more like preparing the kids to primary school, for eg. on the 3rd day oredi, diff teachers came to the class for diff subject....Jiejie met 4 teacher on that day! and it getting worse...my jiejie oredi cried when i left her behind, a lil bit wanna settle down, the teacher she used to went out from class and came in another new teacher....Pity my jiejie cried for the whole day... Eh,. i tot nursery class shdn't change the teachers soooo fast wan...cos for the small kids to get used to a new environment, form teacher and friends oredi need time...WAH, summore 4 teachers in a day, how to get use to it? pls rectify me if am wrong!

Fifth - the teachers AGAIN, i was soooooo SHOCK tat day when they having the english class! The so-called 'english' teacher ask my jiejie to take out a monkey soft toy so tat she can use tat for her story later! Guess, which animal soft toy she ask my jiejie to pick up!!! Its a BEE and she told my jiejie its a monkey....and she pula show the kids the so-called 'bear' OMG its a tiger wat, got stripes on the body and whiskers summore wor.....I nearly wanna walked in straight and tell her not to teach the kids wrongly...and they way she telling the story!!! i nearly FAINTED!! its more like translate directly fr mandarin to english...but the words she used, bully she said cheat....get rid of she said throw the lion away!!!!! the worst case was heard by daddy the form teacher told the kids the pumpkin call 'panguueeen'!!! FAINTED!!!! Can someone pass me the minyak angin pleeeease...................

Well, my jiejie is the smallest kid in tat school and after a week observing her......cried with no end until vomit everyday! and she end up getting another 2 uniforms! TOTAL FOUR!!! if i dun tell the form teacher stop to give her a new uniform each time she vomit, think jiejie will bring more uniforms home! (In fact, i prepared a spare uniform in Jiejie, told the teacher since the first day, but dunno get into her mind or not la) Jiejie oso din eat at all in the kindy for the whole week, i only found out fr jiejie when i ask her at home. The teacher never tell me tat! How come they can ignore if the kids eat or no eat and never tell the parents??!!!!! May be they think its a small matter kuah!!!

I was fuming when i approach the principal toking about my jiejie situation and my thought of stopping her going to kindy. The next sentence came out fr her mouth was "Actually I oso wanna tell u ledi, but am 'pai seh' to open my mouth" Wah Lau, what kind of principal is this??!! summore blame me said tat day she oredi told me 3 yrs old is too small!!! HALOOU, tat day she told me my jiejie looks ok, very stable like tat, shd be no problem, summore they will place a experience teacher with CERT in the nursery class....now my jiejie can not, only she said this and that!!!! nearly wanna WACK her!! As a principal, u know ur kindy the best, if u r not prepared for the smaller kids, then, dun accept la....she said pula " pai seh" to let the parents down wor!!!! Wat sort of reasons is these!!!! AAARRRRGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH......Anyway, i dun really fight w her in order to get my money back, i managed to take back $400++ and lost about $100 for the whole week!!! Oh yea, i complained the form teacher too....inexperience at all to handle the small kids. Then the principal said the teacher not she can not teach, only she need some times to brush her skills. Aiyoh, then u shd place a experience teacher for the smaller kids la, method to handle/teach the bigger kids and smaller kids totally diff wat! Sure the bigger kids easier to teach and they can more listen and follow the teachers but not the nursery kids, Agreed??!! Alamak....my jiejie was the 'white mouse' la..... AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Mummy most heartached is not about the money, is my poor jiejie!! Now she got phobia to kindy liao...everyday tell mummy, she dun wanna go to school anymore!!! Think back she cried until vomit for the whole last week, mummy lagi heartached!!! Anyway, crying is not the main reason i stopped Jiejie continue to kindy, its more on the kindy itself which i think not suitable for smaller kids 2-3yrs old. Sorry darling, mummy will be more careful to choose kindy for you in future. Anyhow, kindy is still a fun place for you to explore, darling! :-D
